  • 1 Egg (slightly beaten)
  • 2 Tablespoons of oil
  • 1 Cup and half of flour
  • 2 dessert Spoons of yeast
  • 1 Teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Cup of strawberries finely chopped

– Mode of preparation –

  1. The first step is to mix the milk kefirizado, the egg and oil in a bowl and stir with a wire whisk.
  2. The part mix the flour, the yeast, the sugar and the salt.
  3. Then add to the liquid ingredients (it’s mixed in the first place) and stir well, until the dough is smooth and thick.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with a paper soaked in oil.
  5. Place a ladle of batter in the center of the frying pan and let it extend on its own (you can pack so that the mass is uniform).
  6. On top place the strawberries previously cut and cook on a low heat (until you see bubbles on the surface of the dough).
  7. When the edges of the mass become loose, turn the pancake to bake the other side.
  8. When you are ready remove. Repeat the process until you finish the dough. N
  9. they will forget to grease the skillet before each pancake. Serve and eat simple (only with the filling of strawberries that you already have) or accompany it with a sweet to your taste.
  1. FLAN KEFIR AND COCONUT WITH SYRUP OF PRUNES

And as promised desserts here they are. For this pudding you need:

– ingredients for the pudding –

  • 1 Cup of milk kefirizado
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 3 Tablespoons of grated coconut
  • 3 Tablespoons milk powder (to let the flan more smooth and soft)
  • 5 Tablespoons of honey (helps to decrease the acidity of the kefir)
  • 1 Package of the gelatin sheets to powder colorless and tasteless (about 12 grams)
  • ½ Cup of hot water for the gelatin

 

– Ingredients for the syrup –

  • 6 Prunes pitted
  • 3 Tablespoons of white sugar
  • ¾ Cup water

– Mode of preparation –

 

  1. Start by greasing a form of pudding and set aside.
  2. The part place the gelatin in hot water to hydrate and dissolve (if necessary, it may lead to micro-waves to accelerate the dissolution process) and set aside.

  • 200 Grams of flour with yeast
  • 6 Tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 50 Grams of melted butter
  • 2 Eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 Teaspoon of vanilla essence
  • 1 Pinch of salt
  • 50 ml of milk kefirizado
  • 1 coffee Spoon of chilli crushed
  • Powdered sugar for rolling and sprinkling, q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C. then line two baking trays with parchment paper and grease them with the margarine.
  2. The part hit (with the hooks in the spiral) the sugar, the flour, the cocoa, the salt, the butter, the vanilla essence and the chilli.
  3. Add the eggs and beat again.
  4. When the mixture is homogeneous light to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

The preparation couldn’t be simpler. You only need to arrange the ingredients in layers in a bowl and serve.

  1. QUICHE FULL OF FETA, CHERRY TOMATOES, ARUGULA AND KEFIR

Yes, it is also possible to use kefir in dishes “salty”. Here is a suggestion. Need:

– Ingredients –

  • 1 the Basis of homemade dough for quiche (with whole-wheat flour)
  • 100 Grams of arugula wild
  • 200 Grams of feta cheese
  • 250 Grams of tomato cherry
  • 300 ml of kefir thick
  • 4 organic Eggs homemade
  • Oregano dried q. b.

– Mode of preparation –

  1. Start by reupholstering a tarteira 30 cm, previously greased with butter, with the dough of the quiche and reserve in the fridge for (approximately) 20 minutes.
  2. After this period, take the dough to the oven (pre heated to 180) for about 25 minutes. Meanwhile, in a bowl beat the eggs. Then add the kefir and mix well.
  3. Add the oregano, dried, beat well and set aside.
  4. Then, remove the base of the quiche from the oven, fill with the arugula (to cover the base) and, on top, arrange the feta cheese.
  5. Add the mixture and finish with the cherry tomatoes.
  6. Bring it back in the oven until the stuffing to be cooked.
