LG G pad 8.3 – Android tablet before IFA presented

* Update 20.09.13 * G pad 8.3 are now to leaked information to the LG pad 8.3 G, after which the LG a noncommittal price recommendation of 300 US $ to go over the counter. For Europe or Germany, this will mean probably that the price to get started will be about 300,-€. Given the really outstanding facilities, that ultra is located at the level of a LG G2 or Sony Xperia Z, the price would be really sensationally good. Especially since the LG still has some advantages over G pad 8.3 due to the narrow frame of display, the slightly larger display and faster hardware has the Google nexus 7.

By LG we have heard long in terms of tablets. Meanwhile, the suffix is “ Optimus ” again stripped and LG presented the LG G pad 8.3 surprisingly ahead of this year’s IFA in Berlin. With 8.3 ″ display diagonal lies somewhere between the Apple iPad mini tablet (7 ″ display) and the Samsung Galaxy tab 10.1 (10.1 ″ display). Visually the Tablet strongly reminiscent of the LG Smartphone LG G Pro and LG G2, technically it is strangely not quite on the level of high-end smartphones.

It seems to be the curse of Android tablets, despite larger display and more space hardware never to hold a candle the highend Smartphones: the Sony Xperia Tablet Z as plus installed the old Snapdragon S4 is ver saegt in all tests specified by a Sony Xperia Z ultra with snapdragon 800 playing. It is not quite so blatant in the LG G pad 8.3: here is the fast Snapdragon 600 (4 x 1.7 GHz), which is used in the current generation of high-end Smartphones (HTC one, Samsung Galaxy S4), however, is also the current LG Smartphone equipped with snapdragon 800 successor generation (LG G2).

Nevertheless, the LG is likely G pad 8.3 with its full HD (1920 × 1200 pixels) 16:10 resolution delight (whopping 273 DPI). Also the 2 gb memory and full equipment can be seen: 16 gb internal memory, 5 megapixel rear camera, 1.3 megapixel front. As software Android of 4.2.2 to use to come – with the LG Benutzeroberfkläche, some interesting features are added again as at the LG G2 (article on that here). The LG G pad 8.3 should appear in the fourth quarter of 2013!
